Shayne Turner, Director of By-law Enforcement

Shayne Turner is the Director of By-law Enforcement for the City of Kitchener and has held this position for approximately 7 years. Prior to working with Kitchener, Shayne spent 16 years with City of Mississauga's By-law Enforcement Division.

Throughout his 23 years in municipal law enforcement, Shayne has been involved in almost all aspects of this discipline. He holds certification in the fields of municipal law enforcement and property standards enforcement.

Shayne has been involved in developing and delivering training to MLEO's across the province since 1994. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and an instructor with the Ontario Association of Property Standards Officers.
