2008 FEE SCHEDULE FOR OTC ANNUAL CONFERENCE

Full Registration for June 1, 2 & 3
Member Rate: $380.00 + 19.00 GST = $399.00
Non-Member Rate: $480.00 + 24.00 = $504.00
 
Daily Registration Rate for June 2 or June 3
Members Only: $280.00 + 14.00 GST = $294.00
 
Supplier Showcase (includes one delegate registration)
Member Rate: $580.00 + 29.00 GST = $609.00
Non-Member Rate: $780.00 + 39.00 GST = $819.00
Additional Delegates for Suppliers Showcase: $280.00 + 14.00 GST = $294.00
Accommodations
Hotel reservations must be made directly with The Holiday Inn. The block of rooms reserved for OTC will be held until 6:00pm on May 12, 2008. Reservation requests received after April 18, 2008 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. To ensure that you receive the special conference room rates, please telephone the hotel and refer to the reservation code ``Ontario Traffic Conference``. Please contact the hotel directly for questions regarding accommodations.
