Holiday Inn Toronto Airport
Recently passed legislation in the province of Ontario means that municipalities will be eligible to deploy Automated Speed Enforcement (ASE) technology in zones approved by municipal by-law. The OTC ASE Working Group, consisting of staff representatives from cities across Ontario, is working to develop an RFP for both fixed and mobile equipment, service and software. The OTC will be making a presentation to all vendors and attendees to provide insight with work completed to date on developing Ontario’s municipal ASE program.
The ASE Working Group members as well as other municipalities, provincial government staff and transportation consultants from across Ontario want to learn about your company’s solutions as we move forward with developing ASE program parameters. This is also an opportunity to display other, related equipment such as speed boards, school bus (illegal passing) violations and other technology to improve safety on Ontario’s streets.
