Mike Pelzowski, Secretary - Treasurer

Upon graduation from Centennial College with a Civil Public Works diploma, Mike Pelzowski joined GM Sernas & Associates (Whitby) providing drafting, field layout and inspection services in the land development industry. In 1986, Mike started with the Town of Ajax as an Engineering Tech providing various functions within both land development and general municipal engineering.

However, after an 18 year career in Ajax, Mike's primary focus was traffic engineering. Joining the City of Pickering in 2004, Mike became Coordinator Traffic Operations addressing municipal traffic operations concerns and policies.

Completing the OTC Traffic Training Course in 1991, Mike has been a member of the OTC for over 20 years and most recently joined the Board of Directors as Secretary-Treasurer. He resides in Ajax, with this wife and two boys where he enjoys addressing more modest transportation issues such as the recent removal of his sons' bicycle training wheels.
