Keith Haines, Vice-President & Director of Enforcement

Keith Haines is a serving 30-year member of the Toronto Police Service. He has been posted to many different job functions during his career but his passion is "traffic policing".

Currently he is working in Toronto's Traffic Services where he is a platoon Staff Sergeant.

He also is a member of the Traffic Training and Legislative and Enforcement committees of the OTC.

Over the years he has instructed on traffic courses at both the Ontario Police College and Toronto's C.O. Bick College.

He is a member of the OTC Board where he serves as Director of Enforcement.
