Jeff Smart, Director-at-Large

Jeffrey Smart currently serves as Senior Vice President, Sales for Tacel Ltd. During his time with Tacel Ltd. Mr. Smart has been an integral part of its growth into one of Canada's leading suppliers of Intelligent Traffic Control Systems and Devices in Canada. In addition to the many important duties related to his current and previous positions he has successfully served as Senior Project Manager of Tacel Ltd. activities relating to three of the larger Intelligent Transportation System Installations in Canada:

• ACTRA Intelligent Traffic Control System in Brampton, ON
• ACTRA Intelligent Traffic Control System in London, ON
• I2TMS Intelligent Traffic Control System in Coquitlam, BC

Since joining Tacel in 1984, Jeffrey has held other prominent roles within Tacel including VP & General Manger and has also worked in their sales department.

Jeffrey has been involved with OTC for almost 20 years and previously held the role of Director of Marketing on the OTC's Board of Directors.
